  1. Overseas students with registration and orientation.
  2. Provide guidance and reporting matters related to overseas students on various administrative matters, including temporary leaving, resumption of studies, withdrawal, and graduation.
  3. Assist with overseas students in applying for scholarships and grants.
  4. Facilitate overseas students’ participation in cross-cultural exchange activities.
  5. Campus-related matters, including work permits, residence permits, insurance, academics, and daily life.
  6. Degree-seeking overseas students with the admission application process.
  7. Ministry of Education’s “Study Abroad Program” in selecting students to participate in exchange programs with partner universities in Europe and the United States.
  8. Ministry of Education’s “Elite Scholarship” in subsidizing university lecturers from New Southbound Policy countries to pursue graduate studies at the university.
  9. University faculty in applying for international projects under the National Science and Technology Council, such as bilateral cooperation programs.
  10. University faculty in applying for the Ministry of Education’s “Dream-Building Study Abroad Program” to send students abroad for internships.
  11. Budget management and record-keeping for the university’s official overseas delegation projects.
  12. Promoting and recruiting international visiting professors for the university.
