OIA was founded in 2012 and is responsible for managing National Formosa University's international cooperation and international student affairs.

Our services include signing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with partner universities, arranging receptions for international guests, coordinating exchange professors and visiting scholars, processing international student applications and scholarships, providing student support services, and organizing international exchange activities.
