Announcement of distance learning courses adjustment

- 因應5月15日疫情發展警戒再次提升，自5月17日至5月30日全校所有課程改採遠距教學(同步或非同步)或復課後補課(學期中或暑期)Due to that COVID-19 spreading is getting worse on May 15, 2021, all courses in NFU during May 17 till May 30 are either taking distance learning (synchronous or asynchronous) via e-Campus or taking make-up lessons after classroom learning re-initiation (in the rest of this semester or in the summer).
- 請教師將實施方式公告於e-Campus，讓修課學生了解實施方式，亦請同學注意e-Campus的資訊。All instructors should announce their ways of teaching adjustment (distance/make-up) on e-Campus to inform all course-taking students. Also all students should pay attention on course adjustment information from e-Campus.
- 無法採遠距教學或有困難之課程，如實習課、實驗課、實作課、服務學習等相關課程，得在復課後，利用學期中或延至暑假以實體授課進行補課。For those courses which cannot process in distance learning, e.g., practice class, experiment course, practical lesson, physical education, service learning course, instructors should give make-up lessons after classroom learning re-initiation (in the rest of this semester or in the summer).
- 遠距教學相關軟體與系統操作說明檔與影音檔，請下載(https://nfucc.nfu.edu.tw/?p=18485) 參考。相關遠距教學資源請參考附件一。教師亦可自行選用熟悉的通訊軟體或直播平台進行遠距教學。
Instructions (document/video) on software/system manual for distance learning are available at (https://nfucc.nfu.edu.tw/?p=18485). See appendix 1 for other resources about distance learning. Instructors may also use their own systems to do distance teaching.
- 第二期普通教室4間配置DV錄影設備，提供教師錄製非同步教材。(若有使用需求，請聯繫教學業務組王先生/電話：631-5243)
At classroom building 2, there are 4 classrooms equipped with DV systems for instructors who take asynchronous distance learning. (Contact Mr. Wang via phone 631-5243)
- 第二期普通教室8間配置WebCAM設備，提供教師同步遠距教學主播端使用。(若有使用需求，請聯繫教學業務組王先生/電話：631-5243)
At classroom building 2, there are 8 classrooms equipped with WebCAM systems for instructors who take synchronous distance learning. (Contact Mr. Wang via phone 631-5243)
- 教發中心將於5月17日(星期一)舉辦四場次教師舉辦遠距教學訓練課程，教育訓練地點於資訊大樓二樓AIA2050教室；第一場9:00-10:00、第二場10:30-11:30、第三場13:30-14:30、第四場15:00-16:00。(相關資訊請聯繫教學發展中心陳先生/電話:05-6315925或電算中心許先生/電話:05-6315066)
On May 17, there will be 4 training sessions on distance learning for instructors (by teaching & learning development center). The location is at information building AIA2050, session one 9:00-10:00, session two 10:30-11:30, session three 13:30-14:30, session four 15:00-16:00 (For more information, please contact T&L Center Mr. Chen/phone 63115925 or Computer Center Mr.Hsu/phone 6315066)
- 同學在這段時間儘量不外出，在家裡或宿舍使用電腦或手機進行遠距教學(同步或非同步)，若回家之同學也請儘量待在家中不要外出。
All students should avoid all unnecessary going out, and use computers/smart phone for distance learning.
- 依據5月15日行政院蘇院長宣佈,雙北市疫情警戒提升至第三級,本校為確保教職員工生安全.雙北市以外都屬第二級,處於第二、三級之學生已回雙北市者,建議暫時不返校,其餘者建議不往北移動。
According to the May 15 announcement by Executive Yuan,Taipei city and New Taipei city are both on level 3. For those teachers/staff/students who are visiting these two areas, we strongly suggest that please stay there and do not move back to NFU temporarily. For those who plan to visit these two areas, please change your travel plan and do not visit there areas.
- 二週後學校將依疫情發展趨勢，CDC指揮中心與教育部公告，隨時公告各項停課、復課…等授課措施，並請各位老師隨時注意教務處公告。
In two weeks NFU will follow the announcement from CDC and the ministry of education and make course adjustment, all instructors please pay attention to new announcement from academic affairs office.
