外籍生、僑港澳生申請休學及退學應檢附離境切結書之規定

115學年度第1學期起,凡申請休學或退學之外籍學生、僑生及港澳學生,均應填具離境切結書,並繳交至國際事務處。未依規定繳交者,國際事務處將不予同意其休學或退學申請。

Starting from the Fall Semester of Academic Year 2026 (115-1), all international students, overseas Chinese students, and students from Hong Kong and Macau who apply for a Temporary Suspension or Permanent Withdrawal are required to complete and submit a Declaration of Departure to the Office of International Affairs. The case of Temporary Suspension or Permanent Withdrawal will not be approved by the Office of International Affairs if the required document is not submitted.
