請以上入選決賽之七組之代表人至校內學生信箱收信，並於信內所述之日期、時間、地點參與「評審會議暨頒獎典禮」之活動。由於當場評分及宣布名次，當天頒獎為臨時獎狀，後續皆會通知並提供正式獎狀與獎金予各組代表人。當天參與評審會議暨頒獎典禮之代表人若有事無法前來，請代表人指派「至少一位」同組人員參與此活動，並確實簽到後入場。「評審會議暨頒獎典禮」之活動於中午時段開始，每人可領取餐盒乙份。

For the representatives of each group that enter the final, please check the student mailbox for the mail from OIA. The letter provides more detailed information (date/ time/ place) for the “Judging Conference and Award Ceremony”. Due to the on-site grading and ranking for the videos, we only provide a temporary certificate for that ceremony. The official certificate and bonus will be provided later on. If the representative cannot participate in the ceremony, please assign at least one member in your group to participate. The representative or members can enter the venue after signing the attendant sheet. The "Judging Conference and Awards Ceremony" will start at noon. The representative or members of each group will receive a boxed meal during the ceremony.
