1. If the original diploma is neither in English nor Chinese, a translation copy in English or Chinese which is notarized by R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas offices is required.

2. Master program: undergraduate transcripts of every semester / Ph.D. Program: graduate transcripts of every semester.

3. After receiving the admission, diploma, copy of transcript and financial support statement which are notarized by R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas offices are required and should be handed to process the registration.

4. Acceptance letters or admissions notices do not guarantee visa issuance. Visas are approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Taiwan overseas representative office. While applying for visas, some of the ROC representative offices may ask for a Chinese proficiency certificate (for programs taught in Chinese) or English proficiency certificate (for programs taught in English). For more information about visas, please visit an ROC representative office.

5. Copy of bank letter certifying sufficient fund to support studies in Taiwan: a financial statement issued by a financial institution within the past three months (the equivalent of at least NT$150,000 or US$5,000 annually) or proof of full scholarship provided by a government agency, university, college, or private organization.

*The financial support statement shall be notarized by R.O.C. (Taiwan) Embassy or be sent directly by applicants’ banks in sealed envelopes to Office of International Affairs. Financial support statements from banks of Taiwan are not required to be notarized.

Admission shall be denied and/or the student shall be dismissed from National Formosa University(NFU) after admission if there are any violations of the general academic honor code and/or in the authenticity of the applicant’s documents. Those who have graduated shall have their diploma revoked.

再次提醒:錄取生尚未繳驗經中華民國駐外機構驗證之學歷證明文件、成績單及財力證明書等重要入學資料者,至遲應於辦理報到時繳驗之,始得註冊入學,違反此規定並經查證屬實者,撤銷其所獲准入學資格
